Today I am back at work for the first time since before my surgery. That's forty days of not working.
It sure as heck wasn't a vacation, and it's not easy getting back into the swing of things. Of course I pick a Monday to come back to work. Add to that a Monday when I have a bad cold.
What was I thinking?
Good thing I love my boss.
